Hi, I am very disappointed, hurt and hate INNOVATION GROUP, I've been committing my self in paying my premiums not even a single month I skipped. Now my Vehicle had an engen failure and they told me to take it to SA Auto Tech Springfield, the vehicle was sorted and it came back with new problems and I informed them before even they process the payment. I am having a problem with the same engen that was fixed and damaged by SA Auto Tech, I took back the vehicle to SA AUTO TECH, and they said they can't help me not unless If I pay another money which is +/- R5000. I don't know if that's how they treat their clients or maybe it because of the race, because I'm black that why they have to do this to me? Now they making it my problem to run up and down, phoning Ombudsman and all. I just don't have time for that, I am asking HELLO PETER to please assist me...
