Great Service in a Troubled Time

I would like to take this opportunity to commend an employee of Innovation Group. It is very rare that u get to have a positive experience when claiming for a warranty, but I would like to say that a payment administrator by the name of Bontle changed my viewpoint. Especially during this unprecedented difficult time, having a consultant really taking the time to listen and address a client's issue is something special and deserves to be commended. Whoever is in charge, this woman deserves to be recognized in your organization. She changed my opinion by simply being professional and listening, and by doing what she said she will do - qualities which are scarce commodities and deserve to be cherished. More of the same!
