Great service from Keabetswe, not happy with Innovation Group.

I’m quite disappointed to see Innovation Distribution Group rating on HelloPeter. Perhaps I regret accepting the scratch and dent cover based on this but we will see how they treat me. The purpose of this review is to recognise Keabetswe Mmekwa. The guy was super professional, super clear, very patient when I was asking a million questions. Whilst I didn’t take up the initial cover he offered me, he was able to upsell and was offer me something else that I needed. How he approached the conversation really helped me make up my mind about what I need, so shout out to him. Still disappointed by IDG ratings here. Anyway, thank you Keabetswe.
