Going the Extra Mile on Customer Service

I would like to compliment Thandaza Thusi on her service at the Customer Care department of Innovation Group, she went the extra mile of connecting a conferrence call with a third party service provider and assisting in the clarifying of certain matters that were delayed with regards to my policy. Her service was very much appreciated, and would like to encourage her to keep up the great work :-)
