Frustration frustration

Hello Peter, my name is Nkosinathi Mkondweni, I took a tyre and rim warranty with Innovation group via absa in 2022, these guys are the worst. I've had a tyre repair and wheel alignment done on my vehicle. I paid the service station because I'm work on the go. Innovation group is giving me a run around for my re fund even though I've comp**** with requests for invoice ect.

Their customer service is very poor, the link between their claims and payments is terrible. I submitted all the relevant documents as per their request, claims approved and forward to payment now payments is requesting this and that but I had already comp**** with claims department.

Im canceling their service and advice anyone else never to make use of their service
