Frustrating Insurance
Am not happy with the service am getting from innovation group 1st it was December 23 I hit pothole my Tyre was damaged I took them more a week to fix the Tyre I even had to leave the car in Tzaneen and now again I have a it took a days for them to respond and request assessment which I don't understand but it's fine I took the car to the dealer was told it will take 48hrs and nor is taking 4days them to tell me they approve or not
