Fast tyre claim authorisation

I called to log a claim yesterday and was already at Tigers Wheels and Tires. Our car use run flats and two of them needed to be changed. The customer service was great. The line does not take long to be picked up and even the transfer to the right department was very short. As customers we want to be attended to very fast and they pick up very fast as well.The customer verification process was very smooth. I even had to hang up and call back cos I was busy with the Tigers Wheel staff, but Innovation Group staff was patient and we started the process again. They approved/authorised my claim same day. I would like to thank them for putting me and my family's safely first.
