False Advertising

I recently purchased (October 2017) a service plan through Innovation. My cars first service is coming up in a few days and I called their Call Center to inquire about how to go about taking my car in for a service. I was only told today that the plan is inactive and they will contact their Administrators to see IF the plan can be activated - I am now told that they require 3 debit orders to go off before a plan can be activated. I was not informed of this before. I am paying for a service plan yet I am told to pay for the service out of my own pocket? What the hell is the service plan for?! False advertising has legal implications and so does misrepresentation!!!!
