Extremely Disappointed with innovation
I don't know how to express the way I'm disappointed at Innovation like I have my service plan , dents and stretches its almost 3 years this year but they failed one thing to inform me that my warranty expired last month only today when i called them Patric advise me that my warranty ended last month. I am supper disappointed with the service I have received from your service when I tried to claim i was told my policy had expired no one cared about telling me it is coming to an end or if i wanted to renew... is this treating customer fairly what am I supposed to do now. Where is TCF there? What to do now for me yoooo

Again please advice me with outcome of the Complaint because since the day I responded with the email no one has bothered to give me feedback after confirming that you guys will investigate and give me feedback. Come man good people this warranty needs to be renewed and yet you cant give me the proof that i want because really now this not the ways to treat people. THIS IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL and very disappointing I mean how long must one wait for investigations.
