extended warranty unfairly cancelled

good day<br> <br> i trust you are well,<br> <br> i have a extended warranty with innovation group which they approached me for. recently i had an issue with the car, booked it in at a workshop and was told the intercooler was broken. the claim was put through and thereafter rejected and a day later i was told that the policy is being cancelled. reason for the rejection was because the catalytic converter is missing and the vehicle was classed as modified. my argument was this is how i bought the car and all i ever did was the regular services. i had no knowledge that this was missing. further more innovation group was to assess the car to see if it even qualify for the policy which they did not do. i did take this up with them but they say they cannot do anything, the policy will be cancelled. <br> <br> i even said i will buy a catalytic converter and have it installed so that i can keep my warranty but no was no. <br> this is rather unfair and with not recommend anyone to take out any policies with them, i feel like i have been ****med! Ive been sold something that my car does not even qualify for....<br> <br> REGARDS <br>
