Expired Policy Debited
I am an existing client for almost 6 years, this is the second time in 2 months that an expired policy has been debited. I spoke to Salome (Claims Department) yesterday and confirmed that I will get feedback by COB and still waiting to be contacted.
This is completely unexpectable and needs to be rectified immediately.
