Exceptional customer service

I took out a service policy Date 2022-05-05-Plan number DS/SO/*** Benefit plan selected STANDARD BANK DIAMOND MNTH SERVICE PLAN (06-19) / Vehicle details VOLKSWAGEN GOLF 7 2.0 TSI GTI PERFORMANCE PACK DSG my mileage was around KM 142 000 , I was told with confidence that my service plan will start after 3 successful debit orders . This morning I took my car for KM 150 000 , Authorization was denied to my shock and disbelief. To cut a long story short I was about to write a very huge complain and cancel my policy with immediate effect and contact my banker. I need to show my appreciation for Khulekani Zulu and Masego Ramokgadi for going the extra mile to ensure I get the authorization effectively saving turning a complaint into a compliment. They both have saved Innovation a customer and business for 5 years or more :). Thank you
