I was fully informed of what needs to happen, which repairer and how much is covered for and what is not covered, I was given all options with claims forms sent to me in time, My vehicle spent five days at the Repairer, Innovation Group ensured the repairs were done in time as I advised them I needed the vehicle soonest possible
