empty promises to refund me this is 2nd complaint here
Mpho Ntsumele Never kept promise to resolve my query by 18 December after calling me on 11 Dec after I posted complainf here. They captured a pre owned policy as extended warranty and I discover this lately. I demand the REFUND for the PREMIUMS.
