Duped by ************ Innovation Group maintenance plan

i bought my Peugeot from Peugeot Northcliff in 2014. My car had 42,000km on the clock.
I elected to extend my maintenance plan with Innovation Group from 100,000 to 160,000km, even though many people maintain that a maintenance plan is a waste of money. Because Peugeot is a reputable company and i have owned many Peugeots before, i took their recommendation and went ahead with the Innovation group at a cost just short of R30,000.
On receipt of my car, Peugeot then recognised that they needed to do a service on my vehicle. They booked it at their earliest date. I have serviced my car every 20,000km after this.
My car broke down and went for repairs at 101,000km - it needed the coils replaced and brake pads.
Innovation group declined the claim, stating that i missed a service. They are stating "

A service in 2013 was missed the 40 000 km service was done late by mileage so the policy becomes a service only plan and maintenance items will not be covered". I spoke to Duane Marnitz and JOHN MPHANDE and sent my proof of service records.
They will not look at the claim.
Innovation group has taken my money and now i get no return on my investment
I am a very upset and disappointed "client"
