Double Debit and Cover dispute

Similar with horrible the same applies with great service. Would like to commend “Mpho Ntsumele” from the disputes or customer service. I had an issue with a double debit as my old cover was coming to an end and my previous consultant (a lady, she has her own review) gave me the most useless response/ answers gathered from unrealistic training which was frustrating. Mpho reached out and resolved the matter diligently and with outmost sincerity. Respect to you brother for understanding and knowing your job. Thank you
