Do not get any insurance from this company.
We are really disappointed with Innovation Group. We have been with innovation group over 3 years, unfortunately we took our car in for service today, Innovation Group advised that they would not be paying for the service because the policy was not active. This is after being told that we would be able to take the car when it reaches a certain milage.
We asked if we could take the car after the policy gets active again, they said they can only assist us.

In view of my above review, we were contacted by an agent who sent us the voice recordings that clearly indicated we could take the car in for service in May. We responded to that email over 8 days ago. It is indicated that we would get a response within 48 hours for follow up requests, it has been 8 days since and absolutely no response.
May we kindly get an indication of when we will expect our refund, we still have not received an update on which month of May our vehicle was meant to go in for service.
Please arrange for our refund as soon as possible, as we have decided to discontinue the service with your company and we are not willing to wait for months to receive our money back.
We would also like to advise that in future, your agents really listen to full recordings and not what they wish to listen to.
