Word of advice, never join this company in anyway, you'll never get help in the time of need, all they want is money from you, please share to anyone not to join this insurance company, I have a credit shortfall cover with them. On 5th of Feb I was involved in an Accident, Auto & Gen, which was my main insurance cover for my car paid up 95% of the cover amount, but there was short fall, when this company must pay the remaining 5%, they go around the bushes asking for documents they know you wouldn't get from the bank and tell you that they cannot pay because of those documents. I edge everyone reading this, not to make mistake like I did of joining this company, and please pass the message to someone who was thinking of doing so, not to even try.
