Dissapointed by the service

To whom it may concern <br> <br> I must say that all i have received from this company is shocking service indeed, how long does it take to release a payment that has been authorised already, and the fact that even the complaints have been logged and the department never follows up on queries let alone call back the unhappy customer. On Thursday i was on a call for longer than an hour a consultant tried her best to assist and assure me my refund would be done by this morning, But seriously these consultants are failed by their back offices and the management cause clearly no one realizes what poor service innovation group is offering to its customers i have also check the face and can see we are not the only customer who gets this kind of service. I will definitely cancel my service plan with these guys <br>
