Dismal service, you can do better

I am really not one that complaints but you are guys are giving a new meaning to 'from pillar to post'. I called to follow up on tyre claim, only one tyre for that matter, used my own airtime for more than 2 hours not getting to the correct department. Not even a single consultant wanted to take my number and get someone to call me back, instead I was told they can't make calls, why, with such a big company. Thank you to Nyiko for his professionalism and ensuring I got assistance. Please fix this, you are such a big company. I wonder how long it will take to claim for more serious things... Tiger wheel and tyre Soweto also need to get their house in order as they have outdated email address for claims.
