Disgusting service.

I am so annoyed with the low service level from innovation group. Been calling them for an hour and above and they give me different departments and I have to explain my predicament every time to each and every one of them without any progress and now it has been a hour trying to get assistance for a service I pay for.

One consultant called me and offered me a value added service to my warranty to cover for short falls and the diagnosis and now that they have to pay they are sending me from pillar to post busy giving different numbers i have to call and different extensions. My vehicle is at BMW and I cant get it without paying. I would advise anyone to think twice before joining such service providers. a guy by the name Prince is one of the culprits I remember.
