Disgraceful

This by far one off my worst experiences with an FSP poor customer service ****ing disgraceful. 1. Asked for a call back unable to get 1 after waiting +- 10 on hold 20mins que time no call back. 2.Asked to speak to a manager placed on hold 10mins yet again call was ended 3. Ask for a manager call dropps again.

FSP that says customer service however non provided.

What kind off a customer service provider is this? USELESS.
