Disappointing Service - Quotation

Very disappointing service especially their sales department, terrible service. I called their customer service for a Motor Service Plan enquiry, I was advised by the consultant that the agent from sales department will call me for a quote, I am still waiting. I have been innovation grp client for many years and all my cars under extended service/warranty under them, but it is a struggle if you are looking for new quote to extend, even the active quote had to go similar route to hello peter before someone called me for a quotation. I'm sure they have too many clients or sales hence they aren't hungry for business.
