Disappointing service and empty promises

Never trust this Company, you pay a fortune for a warranty on your vehicle and when it is time to claim they don't pay. I have 15 policies with them and I am so angry with myself for ever trusting this company with my fleet. Please people, be aware of their empty promises and bad service. They don't even inform you when your policy is about to expire but very quick to take your money. Be aware and stay away from Innovation!!!
