Disappointing service

I called in close to 2 weeks back to get a quotation on extended warranty after hearing great reviews about the company, spoke to a consultant and asked that she email me the quotation so that I make an informed choice...of which she agreed and said it would take about 48hrs.....today the 26th of May I'm still waiting. I have been calling in every other day to enquire and they've all been telling me they'll get the consultant(Nomagugu) to call me back, she called yesterday(praise God) I'm still waiting for the email. I'm really disappointed in this poor service I've received
