Disappointing maintenance and service plan

i am so much disappointed with innovation group because they do not follow their policies. whenever need assistance from them they take the whole day to respond or you will communicate with almost five consultants before being assisted. i am so much sad and angry because they even fail to comply with their terms and agreements stated in their contracts.
