Didn't Pay Motormend for extended warranty
<p>An extremely long story short: the dealership i bought my car from paid Innovation Group for an extended warranty with a company called Motormend. When the master cylinder on my car broke and i wanted to enquire if my warranty covered the part; it turned out that Innovation Group had never paid Motormend for the warranty and i wasn't activated. Its been 4 weeks and still when you phone them they say the warranty is inactive and the person i've been dealing with at Innovation doesnt get back to me anymore...do not buy any service from this company!</p>
