Delayed Claim Authorization
Im really fed up with this company now. I submitted a claim through the dealership over a week ago. I've been left without a car for over a week. Everytime i call im told a different story and requested documents everyday. If my claim is not authorized today ill contact my legal team and the oubudsman to resolve this .
