Deductions of 6 months as September 2023 to February 2024. Deductions were R440.97 each month.
I complaining about Innovation group who promised to pay my refund my premiums. They ptomised to refund me within 7 to 14 working days till todate I never received my refund. I called them today the 05th April 2024 and they are saying they refunded me on the 28th March 2024 but I never received the funds.
