Deducting money even after cancellation

We had their warranty on our old car, and it was sold to me as part of the ffw insurance. So when i cancelled the insurance i assumed the warranty was cancelled as well. Which wasn’t the case, after a few months i noticed that they still collect R160 a month. In october 2019 i requested to cancel the warranty, which i even got confirmed via email. But they STILL deduct the money each month it’s now over 10 months which means i’ve paid up to R1600 for nothing. And it’s impossible to reach them via phone, just no one picking up... So i am trying my luck here..
