Declining my request

Hi I came back from unpaid maternity leave on the 1st August 2017 and before I left work I had requested MFC for possible payment arrangement as I wouldn't be able to pay for my car instalments for 4 months. MFC declined my request and told me I don't qualify. I had to make means to ensure I cater for their money for those 4 months. Now I'm in a financial strain, I just had a baby, I'm a single parent, I don't have a place to stay, my financial situation is a mess. I sent MFC requesting 3 or2 debit free months to sort out my financial issues. Out of all the reasons I stipulated in the motivational letter they requested, they only spotted how much I owe Telkom when I did not even mention it in my expenditure spread sheet as it is the very least of my financial problems. I am being told twice that they don't cater for the reasons I supp****. What reasons are they looking for? I just need to sort out my financial problems that's it.
