Declining Claim

i have been paying innovation religioulsy ever since i got my car in the year 2014 December for any mechanical breakdowns.<br> <br> i was assured that should my vehicle breakdon that they would be able to assist with the claim and all i needed to do was to take my vehicle to an RMI approved dealer and will be well.<br> <br> My vehicle broke down and i took it to the Glen Audi and then i got a call from the service advisor that they are not willing to pay the costs fr the repairs. They are citing reasons that were never explained to me when i signed the contract, this unacceptable as the CPA protects against this. this is horrible
