DECLINED CLAIM

On the 8th of December 2020 I took my vehicle to Executive Car Care in randburg for it to be inspected as it was giving me a funny sound when I apply breaks. They inspected the vehicle and detected what the cause of that sound is. And they advised me that they will have to put a claim through my warranty as it is covered and once the claim is approved then they will advice me when to bring the car for it to be repaired. i received a call from them on the 9th advising me that the claim is been approved and they asked me to bring the vehicle either on the 14th/15th December. I took the vehicle on the 14th and they worked on it, then on the 15th when i had to go and collect it they advised me that the sound is still there and they inspected the vehicle again and they found out that the wheel bearings needs to be changed and they will have to put another claim for them though my warranty. They did that on the 17th and they were advised that an assessor will have to come to assess the vehicle. the assessor came and did not give the people were I took my car to feedback with regards to what he /she found after assessing the vehicle and neither did the person responsible for the claim contact them. Then on the 18th the lady from Executive Car care contacted Innovation group to get feedback from the assessor if whether the claim is been approved or not, only to be told that the claim has been declined. She was advised that its been declined as the wheel bearing are still fine and the damaged things on them are the threads. My argument is why you cover the the wheel bearings on its own and not the threads because the threads are within them. I had to pay R3200 to Executive Car Care for the wheel bearings to be replaced because it was dangerous for me to drive the car that is not in good conditions. All I am asking for is a refund for the amount of R3200.00 that I paid because you cannot fix the threads within the wheel bearings and not do the wheel bearings. And the wheel bearings are covered in my policy, what logic is been used to decline my claim because the whole system has been replaced
