Debt to be paid

Hi my name Gift mlambo ID no; ********** 397088 Contact ; ********** 644 bought a car Golf vi with 54 000km in 2015 October through MFC a month or two innovations called me on behalf of MFC to offer me mechanical extended warranty and I took it, I drove the car for a year in 2016 September the car had a gearbox problem I called in innovations letting them know about the problem they said I must take the to VW for diagnostic and it turned out that the gearbox had problems qoute was R30 000, A few days later innovations called and said the not going to pay the car due to late service intervals 30 000km & 45 000km of which I bought the car as a second hand with 54 000 km so I asked them that you blaming me with someone else problems and later I called MFC to give them a chance to do intervention on the matter and they said I can't include them on this matter I must solve it myself with innovation then I decided that let them take the car back they didn't want until I forced them finally they took it, The car was auctioned there's a capital left I must pay it that's where my problem is now paying a car that I don't even have and not like I couldn't pay it it was innovations robbing me to fix the car even though I paid my premiums for whole year without skipping them and MFC as their main holder couldn't help to resolve the matter. I don't know what to do now with this debt of R135 000. Please help
