Debit order

My account was debited with the amount of R354-49 when I query why the amount was debited they said they will refund the amount back in to my account in the next 3-4 days this was not done and today when I call the department they said there is a back lock and will attend to it, how long must you wait to get service from them if they made the mistake.

BAD SERVICE...........
