Worst service provider ever. I cancelled my policy with Innovation in November already and that in itself was just a painful experience. My cancellation was finally done on the 23rd of December 2020 of which my first request to cancel was 10 November 2020. I had to call numerous times to follow up on this and with all the calls I made no one even bothered to inform me of any cancellation fees whatsoever. To my surprise in January 2021 where Innovation is supposed to refund me, after paying 10k for this policy with my financer, that they will only be refunding 3.7k meaning that 6.3k all went to charges and cancellation fees. This is ridiculous, ****************. How can a policy that was not even used and was cancelled almost immediately generate such fees? Iam not happy with this. I cancelled this policy as I previously has unsatisfactory encounters with innovation in the past on my previous vehicle claim. I find it disgusting and appalling what they are doing to people. I would rather then have my policy reinstated and suffer the poor service. This is by far the worst warranty company Ive ever dealt with.
