About 6 months ago I took out a warranty with innovation. I made a claim for a CV joint repair and they refused to pay. So I cancelled my policy I paid R8k for. Call Desk said it will take 21 working days. Its almost 2 months later and im still waiting. Now I called and they say they want to refund me R3k ???? For what? I have a year and a half left on the policy and you guys want to ***** R5k from me? Is that fair or ****************?<br> I personally will NEVER recommend you guys to anyone. <br>
