Customer-orientated
I'm giving them three (3) stars, hence I didn't interact with them alot. But Kgomotso assisted my today. Speedy answering of the telephones, etc. which helps alot, unlike other companies which takes ages to answer calls. This is so much noticed and appreciated. I will certainly recommend the Innovation Group to anyone.
