contract phone (ule x8 armor )

i just want to know if someone bought phone thru this company.it a mess to begin with, i bought 2 ule phones x8 armor rugged phones and from the beginning its given me trouble and the feedback of this company is utterly useless , beware to sign a contract with them it has rates on it and go up every year with 10 present you buy the phone in contract for 4-5 years swear you baying a motor vehicle . i wish i can sent all of my conversations with but now I'm in this mess and there is no one willing or trying to help from their side.
