contract expires premium still being deducted.
<p>I have taken out a service plan with innovation, the contract expires and my premiums are still being deducted. I have contacted the call centre who mentioned that ends on the duration of payment not the contract distance. For my 3 services which innovation paid out came to R 4230 and now they say I have a further 9 months to pay which means that I will be paying a total of R 9216, Innovation made a profit of R4986. This is a total ******* to customers and should be stated clearly when the policy was sold. </p>

We confirm that the service plan that has been offered to you starts from a mileage of 75 000km to 105 000km or the 28 September 2017 whichever comes first, with a payment term of 36 months. We have thus far collected 27 premiums with 9 premiums still outstanding in order for the policy to be paid in full.
