Contract amendments of debit order dates

<p>I started a new job four months ago and i have changed my debit order dates with all service providers i ahve been experiencing terrible service with mfc requesting them to change my dates for the past four months. I have requested this telephonically and sent an email advising when the change of date should be and it has just never been donw. They are creating a bad credit record s the funds are neer available when they want to credit from my account. I get called by a extremly rude consultant by the name of Thulisile that hangs up on clients when she is told to fix the problem. Thulisile is very rude and i never want her to call me ever again. Can this get fixed as the bank charges me R150.00 for every bounced debit order yet i have informed this pathetic service provider about this four months ago. Its terrribly ridiculous every month is the same damn thing!!!!</p>
