Concealing of truth

I am utterly disappointed by the Innovations group. I bought an extended warranty with them for my Renault Clio 4. About a month ago I had a breakdown which required towing to the nearest Renault branch which is Bryanston. At this point when Renault tried to log a claim with them they said that I couldn't be assisted because I have Manufacturer Warranty and they only fix when it is no longer valid. Upon proving that the warranty with Renault was no longer valid,I called up and put through to so many consultants instead of being redirected to the one who initially rejected the claim from Renault. Spoke to one who requested me to send an email with proof of the Renault Manufacturer warranty being depleted. It is then on the following day I received an email that claimed that my warranty with them was no longer valid. This really ****ed me off because this is something that should've : 1) communicated prior the alleged expiry date so I could buy an extended warranty that would cover me. 2) the claim is rejected with an email that is rather vague. After which I sent an email disputing any knowledge of the invalidity or expired status of the extended warranty I had bought from them. 3) I am without a car for the 4th week, with absolutely no response from the latter email I sent to the claims department.
