I logged a claim with them for my car turbo because the claim was expensive for them to cover they told me that they can't cover it because my vehicle was not serviced or maintained according to the Manufacturer's specification. wich is I normally take my car to the dealership for repairs or services. and I follow my car's audiometer for services. all the time.
