Complaint

Im experience a very, very bad service from the company I call everyday for assistance and call get cut and they never return the calls.... All my questions and concerns are not resolved regarding my claim and very frustrated. My vehicle is currently at a dealership and they gave a 48hours turn around time but i still no feedback. Im also trying to arrange car hire but their lines keep cutting and d have to go through security checks over and over again and no one is willing to return my calls
