Innovation Group is the most unhelpful and unprofessional company. I can't get past the useless call centre to be escalated. *********** staff to help me. Have send 5 different emails where most of them came back as undelivered and/or an automatic reply. Quickly to sell you a extended Service Plan but don't want to honour the extended service plan. Reply from call centre personnel that service plan expired and they refuse to escalate the call to a Manager
