Claims Avoidance and Empty Promises

I had my vehicle serviced on the 11th October 2024 and followed all necessary steps as mentioned in the policy documents, however the vendor and myself are having difficulty getting innovation to pay out this claim. Nobody is coming back to us after multiple emails and calls, and we are being promised callbacks that never happen, and it seems nobody knows what's happening in that department.

I've not had a satisfactory result. Please avoid innovation group. They will fabricate information to avoid paying out claims. They completely ignore the manufacturer's manual, and base their assessments on their own information which they claim to get from the manufacturer, which contradicts what the owner's manual says. I've seen began a legal process.
