Claim took longer
Innovation is a good company but suddenly changed.....both my vehicle are under innovation but recently i had a gearbox breakdown they told me to take it to VW i did but when they receive the quote now they asking for repair history i have never repaired the vehicle so how am i supposed to provide them with it.now im talking to one of the senior managers but stil not getting my car fixed wanna put the blame on the dealer that they sold me a car with a problem but they insured it.so i dont understand .3 weeks my car at the dealer.

Even my new car will be with them so i dont wanna jump ship and be amongst unhappy clients
