********* claim jerection by Innovation Group

I claimed for car service, they told me some items are not covered. Today I took my tyre which had deflated, upon inspection by Hi Q they found 3 nails however they used a device to measure my tyre threads. Innovation Group then rejected my claim based on reason that my tyre is worn out, this is really unfair and ********* business practice. My observation and knowledge I can see the threads are still there in the tyre and it looks decent as I have the car with me only for 9 months. An unfair practice is that I use my eyes as the customer by they use a machine to measure. Customers be aware of this ***** company innovation group, they will make sure to fashion a reason of not honoring their policy promises. Even if for arguments sake the tyre was worn out and had flat thread, the damage is not there resulting from wear and tear but there is clear damage from nails, I would really discourage people from joining such an ********* service provider.
