I had my car fixed by Mercformance which is an RMI approved workshop over 2 months ago and to this day they have not been paid, which is odd because i have spoken to numerous people following up on this and further confirmed that the car is repaired via email and phone calls but to this day innovation has not paid. One never gets any joy from speaking to any of the call center agents who often say there is no manager on the floor.....Totally disgusting service!!!!! now we have people refusing to do any work on my car because of incompetence.
