Cheated by this company and no Assistance

I have a 7 year maintenance plan, which is meant to expire in 2026. As I was about to book my service, their system says it has expired. I have been in contact with Innovation Group since 2 July, even providing proof of the contract with the duration and expiry date. Despite calling several times, speaking to different people and sending them a copy of the policy/contract, no one has assisted. Neither have they given me any updates as promised. My emails are never rep**** to or even acknowledged. Last week, I was advised that this will be corrected on their end within 2-4 hours. Still no update. I called in 48 hours later to be told it is still not updated. My emails are still ignored. I am not surprised looking at their reviews. This maintenance plan has cost me a lot of money and I am horrified that they are not keeping their end of the contract. I am tired of continuously trying to contact them, then having to speak to a new person each time. They also don't give you reference numbers for your calls.
